1. General By accessing and using Joint Radio (hereinafter: “the Site”), you agree to comply with these terms. The use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

2. Mobile App and Extensions We offer a mobile application (iOS) and browser extensions (for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) to enhance your listening experience.

  • These applications and extensions are provided free of charge on an “AS IS” basis.
  • We do not guarantee that they will be compatible with every device, browser, or operating system version.
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, battery consumption, or mobile data usage charges incurred while using them.
  • Availability of the app and extensions is subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons).

3. External Links and Merchandise The Site contains links to external websites, including links to third-party stores (such as Redbubble) for purchasing merchandise (hereinafter: “External Shop”). Please note that:

  • The Site owners are not a party to any transaction made on the External Shop.
  • The sole responsibility for product purchases, delivery, product quality, customer service, and transaction cancellations lies with the External Shop, in accordance with their own terms and policies.
  • The Site owners shall not be liable for any damage, financial or otherwise, resulting from the purchase or use of external websites.

4. Artist Submissions and Broadcast Campaigns By submitting music, audio files, images, or text through our Artist Submission Portal, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Copyright and Licensing: You confirm and warrant that you are the legal owner or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the track. You grant Joint Radio Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast the audio on our stations (e.g., Joint Radio, Joint Radio Blues, Joint Radio Beat) and to display your artist name, cover art, and promotional information on our Website and affiliated platforms for the duration of the campaign.
  • Content Approval: We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any submission at our sole discretion. Submissions may be rejected if they do not meet our audio quality standards, genre requirements, or network guidelines.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joint Radio, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of the materials you submit.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Donations

  • Third-Party Processors: All payments for broadcast campaigns (e.g., via PayPal) and voluntary donations (e.g., via Ko-fi) are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for any transaction errors, delays, or issues arising from these third-party services.
  • Refund Policy: Fees for artist broadcast campaigns are non-refundable once the campaign (airplay and website post) has commenced. If your submission is reviewed and rejected by our team prior to broadcast, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Donations: Voluntary donations made to support the network are non-refundable and do not entitle the donor to specific airplay, services, or ownership rights.

6. Limitation of Liability The services on the Site are provided “AS IS”. The Site owners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user or any third party resulting from the use of the Site, including streaming interruptions, service downtime, or viruses/malware that may originate from third parties.

7. Changes to Terms The Site owners reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
